Returns/Exchanges Due to Product Defects or Incorrect Items
While we take utmost care in quality control, if you receive an item that is damaged, soiled, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at the above email address (or via the inquiry form) within 7 days of product arrival.
After confirming the details, we will promptly arrange an exchange (if stock is available) or a refund (if out of stock), with shipping costs covered by us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, or if the item has been opened or shows signs of use.
